Return & Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of shipment. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
If your product is damaged or defective, please email us (Support@vgdswhxd.top) with the subject line "Return: Damaged or Defective Item with Order Number" and attach photos so we can promptly consider shipping you a new product.
Our return policy only applies to damaged items or products with manufacturing defects. Once the product has been successfully delivered in good condition, we will not issue refunds or exchanges.
We do not refund shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Refunds will not be given for unsuccessful deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

For non-US countries, returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Service Department.

- If your item meets our standards, our friendly Customer Service Representative will issue a Return Authorization Number and confirm the shipping and credit details at that time.

Several types of merchandise are non-returnable. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for personal or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Other non-returnable items: - Gift cards - Downloadable software products - Some health and personal care products. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted (if applicable). - Books that show visible signs of use - Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records - Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged through no fault of ours, or missing parts - Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery. If the product you received is different from the one you purchased on our website, please contact us by email at Support@vgdswhxd.top. This request must be made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receiving the product.
To prove the error, we require that you send us photos of the product you received and include the order number you placed. We will analyze the photos and, once the error has been proven, we will initiate the exchange process at no additional cost to the customer. Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will be aware of your return. You are responsible for shipping costs for returned merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange product to arrive may vary. If you are shipping an item valued at over $50, please consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned merchandise.
